The 250 has been at the #1 race shop in canada for the past 6 weeks.
the following is being done:
-
Custom 5 way adjustable
elka rear shock (high and low speed compression, rebound, preload and ride height adjustments)
-front brangs
-new caps with pre-load adjustment
-emulators
-fork stations
getting re-chromed (pitted)
once it comes back, i have the following:
new mirrors
new clutch pack and springs
new front brake switch
LED tail light.
When I dropped it off, i let them know that I wasnt using it and to take there time. But i’m getting antsy that my baby is not in my garage for so long.
c’est la vie I guess

When I dropped it off, i let them know that I wasnt using it and to take there time.
And that’s why it’s been 6 weeks.

its been 6 week because he cant get parts. This shop is known for loonnggg wait times. I booked this appointment in jan. BEFORE covid. (down side of owning a 30 year old bike that was never sold on this side of the world)

That headline got me worried that you sold it to someone other than me

I’d dabble in illegal cross country smuggling to get the chance to own a CBR 250RR
